Thailand Travel Guidelines – Effective May 1, 2025

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience in Thailand, please carefully review the following important information regarding entry requirements, tours, and transfers:

General Entry Requirements

• Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC):
  All travelers must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card online prior to arrival.
  Registration must be completed within 3 days before your travel date.

Communication and Support

• Any changes or special requests must be made through the official support channel.
  Requests made directly to the driver will not be honored.

• For language and logistical reasons, drivers will not contact guests directly by phone or through hotel room numbers.
  All coordination will be handled exclusively via the support channel.

• Punctuality is essential. Please be present in the hotel lobby on time for your scheduled pick-up.
  Delays may lead to missed transfers, in which case alternative transport costs will be borne by the guest.

Tours & Transfers Information

• Vehicle Allocation:
  Vehicle type is based on the number of travelers.
  If travelers carry extra or oversized luggage, an additional or larger vehicle may be required, incurring extra charges.

• Stays Outside City Limits:
  Additional charges apply for transfers to or from accommodations outside the city area.
  These must be paid directly before boarding the vehicle.

• Private Transfers:

  • "Private" refers to exclusive use for your group at fixed timings, not a vehicle on standby.

  • Maximum waiting time is 15 minutes from scheduled pick-up.

  • Failure to appear on time will be considered a No Show.

• Shared (Seat-in-Coach) Transfers:

  • These operate with multiple passengers.

  • Be at the pick-up point at least 5 minutes early.

  • Expect a possible wait of 30–45 minutes, depending on traffic and pick-up routing.

  • Maximum waiting time is 5 minutes. If you are not present or reachable, it will be marked as a No Show.

• Pickup Timing Adjustments:
  Shared transfer pick-up times may be adjusted based on hotel location and routing.
  Any changes will be communicated via the support channel.

Itinerary & Stops

• Once the trip has started, all driver schedules and sightseeing plans are fixed.
  We will try to accommodate reasonable requests, but changes are not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued in case of cancellations due to itinerary restrictions.

• Motorway Stop:
  One 30-minute stop is available en route (motorway only), chargeable at 300 THB per stop.
  This must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and paid directly to the driver.
